P.A.P.A.'s Flying Squadron

The 'flying squadron' idea began as an emergency need to rapidly lower the volume of unwanted companion animals in the Ventura County Animal Control shelter.  Unexpected, the immediate urgency of this became the organization's first undertaking... and we hit the ground running as fast as we could to gather funds for airline transport and crates, temperament test potential candidates in the shelter's population and organize the transport.
